[nvda] MathML

I'm a newbie on this list, so I apologize if this has been discussed before. However, I cannot find anything about MathML on the NVDA website or in the mailing list archives. Does anybody know if NVDA can speak mathematical notation embedded in a web page using MathML? If not, has there been any discussion about trying to make this a feature?
