No not so far, but you know how things tend to go in Windows..
Actually this brings me to another question. The checkbox for log on screen
use seems to sometimes ember its settings when you update, but not always.
This second machine has it still ticked, and it still has just one voice
after the, but the other one, I discovered after sending my last message put
the checkbox off. Is this a totally random thing or what?
I seem to remember it was supposed to default to unchecked at the update,
but it did not happen on this machine, but then, as I say, this is Windows!

Hi, well this machine was totally silent after the close down bleeps.
I'd rather like to suggest it would be nice to have a method to allow
this speech as if you get a naughty bit of software stopping the machine
shutting down, it at least lets you have an idea what it is.
When NVDA starts, it requests that Windows shuts it down as late as
possible. This is all we can do. Did you have an application not
responding dialog appear even after the NVDA exit sound? I haven't seen
this since I made this change some time ago.
