well: Eudora is going to be open source soon - http://wiki.mozilla.org/Penelope
Penelope is based on Thunderbird, which now includes basic IAccessible 2 support in trunk. Penelope should inherit this, which means it should be relatively accessible.

i was wondering if there is the possibility to create scripts for NVDA, as it is in Jaws.
There is a possibility to create app modules, which are similar to script sets in JAWS. However, we still have no way of accessing display information, so for the moment, Eudora will remain inaccessible.
