[nvda] Impossible to scroll when using native Handy Tech braille drivers

Hello,
I've tried the Handy Tech braille driver and BRLTTY. When used the Handy Tech 
driver, I was unable to scroll with the navigation keys, but, when using 
BRLTTY, everything works fine. What's up here? Does this depend on Handy Tech 
or is there a bug in NVDA which causes this problem?
