Hi,
Take a look at

information on translating NVDA. You'll also need to look at
http://wiki.nvda-project.org/index.php?title=Accessing_and_running_source_code
for info on running from source.
I've no idea why the Hungarian translation is not in the sources, but it's
not (or at least it's not where the others are). It would of course be
easier to modify the existing translation than to do your own from scratch.
