[nvda] How to use windows update

A tip for snap 828.
When you have refreshed the page to find the express button, it won't click. Never worry. Go into focus mode and tab down to the express button and hit enter. Go to browse mode. Wait for all the hunting about and clicking to stop, and do a refresh. You should be able to see what updates there are. I see no reason why nipping in and out of focus mode should not work to get at the downloads either, assuming they do not work in the normal way. 
I could not check this as I had no updates.
