Yes, it's clearly better if an application is designed to be
accessible. I expect that in many cases the authors simply haven't
considered this, or don't know what this means. I don't.
Is there a basic guide somewhere which explains what a software
designer should do to make their application easily accessible to
screenreaders such as NVDA? Perhaps there should be a link to such a
document from the NVDA website?
