I'd like to localize nvda in cht. How to do it?

Hi,

First, if I'm not mistaken and assuming that CHT is traditional Chinese, you may run into issues with using NVDA to handle texts that run from right to left.

Having said that, here's my suggestions for getting started with localisation:

1. Go to the NVDA website at www.nvda-project.org and read all there is to read about development. IN particular, take a look at the NVDA Wiki at http://wiki.nvda-project.org and read the following documents in the Development section:

* Accessing and running source code
* Translating NVDA

2. checkout the latest revision of NVDA in order to be sure that you're working with the most recent set of texts. Create your translations as set out in the translation article and submit them to Mick.

3. I recommend subscribing to the development list. This will allow you
   to see changes to the NVDA sources as they are committed, as well as
   take part in more technical discussions surrounding NVDA development.
   It also means that development talk is less likely to show up on this
   list, where fewer people are likely to be interested in it.

Disclaimer: I know nothing more than the above about localising NVDA. I merely wrote to save the developers the need to answer.

Geoff.
