[nvda] How to implement tables.

Hello!
Samuel Thiebault helped me converting som braille tables from brltty to
liblouis.
I now want to have them in use when using nvda.
I thought you only should copy the tables to the tables directory of nvda\louis
but it seems not to work properly for me.
