[nvda] Handy Tech driver updated

Hello,
the Handy Tech Braille driver for NVDA has been updated. Braille Wave
users take note: The update addresses the navigation issues you have
been experiencing.
The way to get the update is to use the latest development snapshots.
The current snapshot may not include the update but the next one will.
