hi,
If you don't have jaws or window eyes I think you can get a demo of one of them
and use it for instances when nvda won't work. It is posible to get through
the open office startup screens with jaws and activate the checkbox. Then nvda
will read from there.

Narrator getting past that one? Hmmm. Maybe with vista, but not with XP
