[nvda] Espeak with other readers

Sorry for this sort of off topic message, but it was asked the other day about idiosyncrasies, so. 
In the Dolphin readers..
The dot between email addresses is said as d o t which I suspect is maybe the reader outputting caps for this, I do not know. Also, I note that the letter a is said as i for some reason, of course this could be a wonderful sapi problem.. grin.
PS it would be great if Espeak stand alone had the same voice config options as the one in nvda.
