No, in snapshot R2003 virtual buffer works correctly.
This problem is in last two revisions (2009 and 2011).

      Hello this is kenny. You need to set the read message in outlook express 
to plain text. The virtual buffers that are not working correctly are the old 
ie buffers. Wait for the nvda developers to write new virtual buffers that will 
work with outlook express.

    Hallo all,
    the last snapshots of Nvda have big problem. The virtual buffer does not 
work correctly in Outlook Express. Nvda does not read the email messages. When 
nvda tries to load the message in to the virtual buffer, only error sound has 
been generated by NVDA.
    Developers, please repair it soon please.
