[nvda] Email from James about changes to snapshots.

Hi all,

We've finally made the transition to using bzr for Trac and snapshot
building! This means that svn is now history. In fact, I've disabled it.
:) Note that the AccessingAndRunningSourceCode article has not mentioned
svn in quite some time, so anyone still using svn should have moved to
bzr by now.

Please note the following:
* When referencing changesets in Trac, you will need to use the
following syntax:
changeset:branch,revno
For example: changeset:main,3388
This is because revisions are per branch in bzr, not per repository.
* Snapshots now use the bzr revision number, so you'll notice the
numbers will be different now. Also, because we changed the name to main
in bzr, they are now called main, not trunk.
* This change will probably break NVDASD, but it shouldn't be too hard
to fix.

Please let me know if there are any problems, as there may be some
initial hiccups.
