[nvda] Do not create shortcuts

Can someone clear up this for me. When installing, it says do not create shortcuts. I'd always taken this to mean that any existing ones would be left alone, but it seems this is not the case. Due to already having an right hand alt/n shortcut, I alter the shortcut to a. However even with the do not create shortcuts checked in the installer, it still replaces the desktop shortcut with one having n as the shortcut.

Is this expected?
