[nvda] Re: Developing software synthe voices

Unfortunately I only know how to make VB.Net talk, so that wouldn't be much use with regard to either python, or whatever else open-source/GPL programmers use, but anyway.

Busy putting together small applets/utilities, and maybe even my own game one day not too far off, and, FWIW, definitely testing these with NVDA before 'finalising' them.

Stay well

Subject: [nvda] Developing software synthe voices

Hello,
I direct this message primarily to those developing NVDA if they are on the list, but others may have information on this as well.

Software synthesizers are fascinating to me, and I would like to read about how they are developed. I'm not sure if I have the computer programming knowledge to do it myself, but I would at least like to read about it. Can anyone direct me to some useful information about this topic?

Thanks in advance.

Erin
