The other click keys for the microsoft mouse on the num-pad are:
"alt-Plus" to do a right-click, and "alt-Minus" to do a "middle" click."
"Alt-center" does a "left" click."

does not work with NVDA. Silly me forgot to check the checkbox to enable
it. But to clarify, mouse keys does work with NVDA once you enable it in
the accessibility options correctly and turn on num lock. Then you
press and hold the left alt and shift keys and move the mouse pointer
with keys 2, 4, 6, and 8.
