also to add a bit more, you can press left alt shift and num pad 5 to do a
mouse click on what the mouse pointer is on.

This is just to correct an earlier post of mine saying that mouse keys does
not work with NVDA. Silly me forgot to check the checkbox to enable it. But
to clarify, mouse keys does work with NVDA once you enable it in the
accessibility options correctly and turn on num lock. Then you press and
hold the left alt and shift keys and move the mouse pointer with keys 2, 4, 6,
and 8.
