[nvda] Chicken or Egg?

I just had an error while in Firefox 3, which preceded a crash of Firefox shortly thereafter. However, I've not been able to duplicate it by running the two in the same way on the same machine. 

Anyone else found this?
I've now over written the nvda on that machine with the latest trunk so I'll probably never know which was the culprit.
The machine was one with on motherboard sound and graphics and only 256meg of ram but the processor was an amd at 1.3 gigs.
