I'm attempting to get a brailliant32 and a PACMate 40 to work with this.
For the PacMate, you can just use NVDA's native Freedom Scientific braille display driver, as long as you have the FS drivers installed.

I installed brltty, lybusb win32 filter.
How did you install BRLTTY? Did you use my BRLTTY installer or just the zip archive? Note that using the zip archive and then install.bat is essentially the same as using the installer. Also note that you should have libusb-win32 installed *before* you start the BRLTTY service.

Btw, you can start and stop the BRLTTY service as follows:
net start brlapi
net stop brlapi
You need to do this with admin privs.

I even found the
brlapi installer inside the brltty program files folder and installed
it.
You only need to do this if you are running from source. The brlapi Python bindings are included in the NVDA binary snapshots.
