You think you got trouble, I have a machine downstairs that has two version
of Firefox, one a next full releas beta and the current 3.10 and if you run
them in different orders you get a terrible confusion with the plug ins. One
keeps saying its updating and the other says half the add ons do not work.
So it pays to stick to just one of them as every time you run a different
version it thinks its a new updated or its got new add ons grr.

Well, I don't know, but without getting into any beta versions, I had 3.0.9
that kept crashing on me, then I reinstalled 3.0.8 and it worked fine, but
almost instantly updated to 3.0.9, but this time it seemed like a completely
different version from the one that kept crashing.
Then, don't ask me why, it updated itself this week from 3.0.9 - got it ? -
to 3.0.TEN 3.0.10. Errrrrrhhhhhh, is this some alien number system? AS it
is, it seems to have gone back a year in time.
Reminds me of the shop in Ireland I went into where the price of cigarettes
was 1 packet £1.09, ten packets, £1.90. Well, I did point out the mistake,
but they insisted!
Vince.

There is a plug in that replaces flash which I have a feeling does a
similar thing to what you mention..
By the by, what is going on with Firefox, we seem to have had several new
versions within just a week or so. I'd not noticed any problems myself.

when a website is opened, NVDA starts to completely read it.
I would suggest to make this optional, so that the user can turn it off.
Can you file a ticket, please? If you really can't, I will do it later.
One consequence of this feature is that NVDA does not land on visited
links when returning to a formerly visited page.
If the browser correctly sets focus to an element (including a link)
when it loads a page, NVDA will stop reading and instead move to and
announce the element. Unfortunately, focus is sometimes not restored as
it should be in Firefox. In particular, if you have WebVisum enabled,
focus will *never* be restored. This is either a bug in WebVisum,
Firefox or both.
Given this piece of info, do you still want this feature, or was it just
to work around the visited link issue?
