[nvda] Automatic reading of webpages

Hi,
when a website is opened, NVDA starts to completely read it.
I would suggest to make this optional, so that the user can turn it off.
One consequence of this feature is that NVDA does not land on visited
links when returning to a formerly visited page.
The alternative of automatic reading should be that NVDA anounces the
loaded page and places the cursor on the top of it.
