[nvda] Auto start of portable again

I have no long term archive of this folder so pardon this repeat. I thought on the site, or in the archive for the portable version there was a'sample' inf file to put on a ram stick to force the computer to go to that kind of run by default in its menu?
If it is there, I have failed to find it. Maybe you need to put it in the archive as a sample so this does not keep cropping up.
