[nvda] Audacity on a stick and recording.

Hi all,
I went to portable apps and downloaded audacity portable and I can't get
it to record using Nvda or Jfw 10 does anyone have another program that
I can record notes from a usb pen?
Or does anyone have a better version of portable audacity?
It's a great shame that this does not work out of the box with nvda!!
I don't think it's the fault of Nvda but the fault of the developer I
have the latest beta of audacity on my PC and the record works a treat.
Any feedback would be gratefully received.
