Hello,
Are you guys runing from source? around R360 I was playing with word
echo and it seems to be working fine for the languages I do know at
least a little. It includes english and french, slovak and czech and
german. I know RTL languages may be totally different but I believe as
far as your local codepage is concerned your local symbols have ascii
values in the range from 128 to 255 ascii.
Sorry if it's already known which version you have problems with. If you
are unable to run latest source let me know, I will try to post a test
version for you to make sure extra steps are needed to fix support for
your languages.

I don't know how chinese is entered on a keyboard, but as my memory goes,
others using other languages were having trouble with the non-english
alphabetic characters, as NVDA reads the keypresses rather than the
characters appearing on the screen (so those characters which are done by
multiple keypresses don't work, is this right for you?). Unfortunately this
doesn't solve the problem knowing this, but I think it is a possible problem
with other languages and is being worked on.

Yes, NVDA cannot speak the Chinese word that I typed. Because we used
different input method. You may goto
Control Panel / Regional and Language Options / Languages
under "Text services and input languages" to find your input method.
If NVDA can get the characters written to the screen, rather than just
speaking the actual keys pressed, it may read Chinese that I type. I
think the problem will be fixed later on.

This problem just found in word echo mode.

I don't know that I can necessarily help for this case, but I think
some
more information might be useful. When you say that it doesn't speak
the
word you type in correctly, do you mean it doesn't speak it correctly
when using word echo mode in keyboard echoingk, or do you mean it
doesn't speak any chinese word correctly even when reviewing the
screen.
I ask this as I think the two cases are handled differently.
