Worked great here with IE8. I hit enter on the link TextToWav Download,
then
alt-n, then start download...

The basic result of this seems to be that the interim page which has the
link click here to download manually, is not 'visible' so to speak, long
enough to get to it and click it and nothing else happens and you are back
to square 1. Weird.
