OK, I stripped out the pi and other files in the nvda folder, and also the
app folder, took out the doc and one other which I forgot, and the install
seems ok.
Bit odd that it either cannot overwrite old files or sees unused files as
used ones though. Is this related to the old problem of getting Windows to
let go of files its not supposed to be using after they are used?

PS, I assume I can keep my voices etc?
Yes. The main thing is that you don't want to keep any .py files.
