Hello Kostadin. The same thing happened to me.
In the revision 13300, commitbot updated all nvda.po files.
Well, I did SVN Update, opened /ro/nvda.po and I didn't find a new
string. However, what things have been added in interface's update? The
total number of strings is 1284, and the same number was before this
update. Anyway, I think this update isn't important because no string
was added.

When the translation freeze for NVDA 2017.1 occurred, our bulgarian
nvda.po language file was updated by the system to include the new
strings for NVDA 2017.1. I've updated my local SVN repository folder
via the "SVN Update" command. The updated file was downloaded. I took
the updated nvda.po file, placed it in our shared Dropbox folder and
started the translation of the new strings. Since we are still
discussing how to translate some of those strings, I haven't sent the
updated nvda.po file back to the online repository of NVDA. Last

nvda.po file, I've noticed that in it there seam to be no new strings.
Why then there was an update to it? And more importantly so - why
