Yes, its because it cant find the correct english message, and therefore cant 
find the translation.

At the moment it is only us who use nvda.po from svn that can see the problem. 
Users downloading the snapshot are still 
ok, because the most recent nvda.po files have not yet been committed to bzr.

We will find a workaround for these messages before committing.
