[nvda-translations] Tamil translation

Dear Mesar,
I find that our French and Italian translators say that some interface
text are shown in English.
I too found that when the latest ta po file was compiled and used with
NVDA 2011.3, certain dialog boxes viz., welcome dialog, about..., etc.,
and the NVDA menu item "Keyboard settings" are shown in English and not
in Tamil.
Is this issue similar to those of French and Italian?
