This is far from the first time you've posted about this in recent weeks,
and if no-one has yet bitten, repeating yourself probably won't make a
difference. If you want to recruit someone to write the add-on as paid
work, I would suggest posting how much you'd be willing to pay and seeing if
anyone is interested then.
Evidently, OEClassic isn't a popular program, otherwise I'm sure other users
on the list would've jumped on board.
