To clarify, upgrading Gecko may not fix this problem. The problem is that
the Gecko version isn't being exposed via accessibility APIs. The Gecko
version is old, but it's not old enough that it won't work with NVDA. To
put it another way, Firefox 33 still works with NVDA.

me was correct the problem partially. It means that erroris not reporting
in nvda log console. The gecko version in the application is 33.0.7.0, I
have found that newest version now is 45.0.22.0. I will consult with
authors of the application to change this version so for now Your solution
