Hello mexx,
Nope, the list isn't dead! I was just for 4 weeks on vacation in
Mexico, i'm sorry :-)
I get the proxies out of different sources like
http://www.samair.ru/f/ or http://www.proxyblind.org/phpBB2/.
There are some "standard" non standard ports, like 6588 from the
AnalogX Proxy. You can scan for theese often used non standard
ports: 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 81, 82, 83, 84, 443, 1128, 2000,
5000, 6000, 6588, 7070, 8000, 8001, 8002, 8003, 8040, 8081, 8082,
8084, 8090, 8888, 8965, 9080, 9081, 10080, 22788. Or other ports
you find a lot of times in my list. Another way would be to hack
servers and install a proxy server on them, so you can choose a
port and turn the log function off.
I check the proxies with the Proxy Checker 7.0 from Hellabs or
with AATools 5.5. I post all working proxies that are not
listening on the ports 80, 1080, 3128 and 8080. No matter if
they are fast/slow, anonymous/not anonymous or socks/http.
So I see my work only in collecting and testing huge ammounts of
proxies (some weeks I test 50.000 or more different proxies).
Then i give you the list of the working ones on uncommon ports.
That are only 300-600 proxies, so even with a slow Internet
connection you can test and find the perfect one for you.
