[newcomers] Need teacher for arrow/fletching class

Greetings all,
     Lord Nicholas will be in charge of Archery at Newcomers, so he
can't teach the arrow/fletching class. Sooo, do you know anyone
else who can teach it? Or....is there another class we might put in
its stead??
