"An open collection of book reviews written by kids!"

There is no danger that this resource will replace the New York Times Book
Reviews, but this is a valuable resource.  One can learn from this source
how a child views a book they have read.  One can see how students at
other schools write book reviews, giving teachers a view of other students
handling a book review assignments and a place to find examples for
students in a teacher's class.

"You can search book reviews, browse reviews by hometown, or write your
own book reviews for the web.

World of Reading is a service of the Ann Arbor District Library, and was
originally created by Mary Pat Timmons as a project for the Internet
Public Library at the University of Michigan School of Information."
