Here are some websites pertinent to distance online learning at the
collegiate level that may be of interest.  By the way, OCLC owned
NetLibrary, has listings of a substantial number of electronic books
published online and available through libraries that subscribe to these
titles.

Digital Book Index will find some of these titles using its keyword search
facility to search on the phrase distance education although the
electronic books that it finds are fee based electronic books on this
search topic from Adobe and from NetLibrary.
