More full-text follow-up from this year's VRD conference.

"Statistics, Measures and Quality Standards for Assessing Digital Reference
Library Services: Guidelines and Procedures" is now available full text
online. This manual is the result of a study developed at the 2nd Annual
Virtual Reference Desk conference and funded by the library community. The
study was conducted by Charles McClure, David Lankes, Melissa Gross and
Beverly Choltco-Devlin of the Information Institute of Syracuse and the
Information Use Management and Policy Institute at Florida State University.
