As I started to write this I could tell it's getting to long so just email
me. Kdg. has done all kinds of wonderful things. Right now we are making
Thanksgiving cards in KidPix.

What is fun is taking part in many different online projects and it only
takes a small amount of computer time, just posting results and getting the
results of others. However it brings the world into your classroom. We've done
the
postcard projects, Oreo project and many more like Flat Stanley and Groundhog.
www.technospud.com has projects and www.teachers.net also has a chatboard for
projects. Not sure if any have some starting now or not. Groundhog project is
in Feb. and deals with weather. I'll look for site if you're interested.
http://hs.houstonisd.org/WaltripHS/departments/tech/activities/activities.htm
has k-8 activities for computer applications.
http://www.edupuppy.com/page.cfm?id=1 Edupuppy has a ton of stuff
http://www.edbydesign.com/scramble.html scrambled puzzles
Farrm@xxxxxxx is a kindergarten newsletter and we share a lot of things this
way.

Hi Beth - Our Ks love www.kindnews.org. It has a cute clubhouse full of
activities for kids that center around how to take care of animals and our
environment. Have fun!

My kindergarten (and first grade) teachers love Learn to Read at Starfall-
http://www.starfall.com/. The navigation is very appropriate for young
children and the content is great.
