The 3rd Annual USA Today Space Day Student Survey -
http://www.spaceday.org

The 3rd Annual Space Day Student Survey is a quick and easy way for
students to learn more about the future of flight! The 15-question online
survey asks students' opinions about the past, present and future of
flight - how they think they would like to be involved in space
exploration, what has made the most important contribution to the future
of flight and how space planes of the future may fly. This year's survey
has two open-ended questions where students can say what they think about
the future of space exploration in 30 words or less.
This is a great way to introduce online surveys to students and to discuss
how surveys are used to gauge public opinion! Please share this
information with all the students and teachers in your school so that they
can participate in the survey. Here's how:
- Visit http://www.spaceday.org
The survey will popup on the screen
- Read about this year's theme
- Scroll down and click on the "Start Survey" arrow.
- But hurry! The deadline for the survey is April 16th!

The survey is being conducted in partnership with USA TODAY Education.
The final results will be announced on Space Day, May 1, at the Opening
Ceremony at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum and on the
Cyber Space Day Webcast from Noon-1:00 p.m. ET, which will be available
via satellite, NASA-TV and online via
spaceday.org.
