--Featured Lesson Plan--
I couldn't resist featuring "Rock Cycle Fudge." This lesson was just
added today and sounds like a fun way to teach about the rock cycle
(not to mention numerous other science / geology topics). Take a look
here:
http://www.LessonPlansPage.com/ScienceRockCycleFudge58.htm
I should note that it isn't a full lesson, but it certainly gives you
enough great ideas that you shouldn't have any problem using it
successfully.

--Featured Educational Links--
This month I decided to include two sites as our featured educational
links. First-School Preschool Activities and Crafts is a great site
for preschool and early childhood teachers. It has all kinds of
crafts, activities, coloring pages, and more. Take a look at the site
here:
http://www.first-school.ws
Teaching is a Work of Heart is a wonderful site with a wealth of
information. You'll find more there than I can ever fit in our
newsletter, so just take a look! Okay, need a little more
information? A sampling of the categories on the site includes Songs,
Teacher Tributes, Webquests, Behavior, Reader's Theater, and much
more. You can visit the site at this URL:

--Coming Soon--
I expect to have even more new lesson plans for you next month!

--That's All For Now!--
Thanks for being a part of The Lesson Plans Page! You will receive
another message next time we make a major update or have other news to
