The 2004 versions of the NASA Urban and Rural Community Enrichment
Program (URCEP) Brochures are available on NASA Spacelink. URCEP is
a professional development opportunity for educators teaching grades
5-8. NASA URCEP specialists train core educators as a team to
conduct interdisciplinary aerospace activities in school districts.

the program.
