"Web Site Allows Students to View Friends' Schedules"
A student at Pennsylvania State University has developed a free
Web service that allows students on the campus to post their
academic schedules and share them with friends. (The Collegian)

"'Blog' Tops U.S. Dictionary's Words of the Year"
Merriam-Webster says that "blog" was the word most often sought
on its Web site this year. The publisher will add the word,
which it defines as "a Web site that contains an online personal
journal with reflections, comments and often hyperlinks," to the
2005 version of its "Collegiate Dictionary." (Reuters)

"British Pupils to Get Anti-Piracy Lessons"
A group representing recording artists in England has organized
