A student at Pennsylvania State University has developed a free
Web service that allows students on the campus to post their

"'Blog' Tops U.S. Dictionary's Words of the Year"
Merriam-Webster says that "blog" was the word most often sought
on its Web site this year. The publisher will add the word,
which it defines as "a Web site that contains an online personal
journal with reflections, comments and often hyperlinks," to the
