Do you have a project to advance human knowledge or improve the human
condition?

The Rolex Awards for Enterprise provide generous funding for original
projects that contribute to the betterment of humankind. If you want your
project to be considered by the Selection Committee for 2006, you need to
apply as soon as possible.

Deadlines:
May 31, 2005 for projects from Asia, the Pacific and North, Central and
South America

September 30, 2005 for projects from Europe, the Middle East and Africa.


The Rolex Awards are held every two years. The Selection Committee will meet
in April 2006 to choose five Laureates and five Associate Laureates, whose
names will be announced in October 2006.

For almost 30 years, the Rolex Awards for Enterprise have provided financial
assistance to people with concrete working projects that:

- expand our knowledge of the world;
- improve quality of life on the planet; or
- enhance the human condition.

Anyone - of any age, nationality or background - can apply. Winners have
come from every corner of the globe and have ranged from an engineer in
Senegal to a taxi driver in Paris and a palaeontologist in Canada.
