The upstart browser company Opera hopes to take a bite out of
Microsoft's Internet Explorer by offering free site licenses to
colleges. Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology have already taken the company up on its offer.

Campus downloaders may have a new tool, and movie studios a new
nemesis: Videora, designed by a student at Carleton University,

A software company has sued Victoria University of Technology,
