The recording industry has again filed lawsuits against
suspected music pirates, this time including 25 people who were

PeopleSoft's founder and chief executive accused Oracle on
Thursday of issuing misleading information on his stock sales
last year, and both companies filed notices with the U.S.

support. Friday is the deadline for Oracle's latest bid to take
