        Dudley Herschbach of Harvard University

        Thursday, September 28, 2006 at 7:00 PM

        at Rhode Island College Alger Hall 110

        Title:  "The Impossible Takes A Little Longer"

This presentation will offer reflections on experiences in scientific
research and science education.

Dr. Herschbach is currently engaged in efforts to improve K-12 science
education and public understanding of science.
He recieved the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1986.

The lecture is free.
