Dear each of you,

 

Dianne Swistak passed along two pieces of news to me today, so that I

could pass them along to you.

 

First, as many of you know, Roy Upham has been in hospice care for

a few weeks.  His wife, Aurie, left Dianne a message today saying that Roy

passed away Tuesday night, April 11.  Hi wake and funeral will be Monday-

Wednesday of next week.  I hope to obtain more details about time and place

for you and will pass them along as soon as I get them, or if any of you have

this information already, we?d be most grateful to have it.

 

In addition, Dianne wanted me to let you know that though John?s surgery

went well, he is currently under sedation, as his brain suffered some sort of

impact as a result of his treatments/surgery and it is felt he needs to be under

sedation to, hopefully, give it time to heal. 

 

John and Dianne Swistak and Aurie Upham will, I am sure, appreciate our

continuing prayers for them.
