Engineering: Windmill Workshop
Starting November 2008
Grades 4 - 6
Students practice the engineering design process as they test how changing aspects of a windmill blade affect its efficiency. High School Science Series
Grade 9 - 12
Students meet practicing scientists, discuss current topics in science and technology, and explore career possibilities. Programs begin at 10:00 a.m. and have a maximum reservation of 50 students per school. The series is supported in part by Lowell Institute and include:
