[NCBI_ECDL_class] Question on JAWS

Hi all
i have a quick question please, I am reading several documents in my email
now and the word "collapsed" is being read out by JAWS for some of the
emails - it seems to be working fine but the word "collapsed" is read aloud
for some of them - would you know what this is and how do I switch this off?
