Possibly. However, I am not sure what the DROP option would be good for.

If, in the case of worker failure, the message is sent to a different
worker, the worker can reply, saying that there's a problem. If it's
dropped instead, there would be no reply at all meaning that the
client would have to rely on timeout to find out that there's a
problem. Which only slows the things down.
